TERMS OF SERVICE

^{By commissioning my you are agreeing to these terms.}

✦ You must be 18 years or older to commission work from me.

✦ You acknowledge that all products offered are digital, and that there will be no physical good delivered.

✦ Invoice must be paid prior to any work.
^{Failure to pay within 24 hours of claim voids your slot.}

✦ Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial usage, or for profit, must be disclosed at time of order.

✦ I retain all rights to my work. I may include any art into my portfolio at any time.

✦ I do not allow edits to my work. Do not copy, trace, or remove my watermark.

✦ I do not consent to my works being minted, nor included in AI datasets, by commissioners or otherwise.

PROCESS AND PAYMENT DETAILS

✦ I reserve the right to decline any order, at my discretion.

✦ Payments are via invoice, and are paid prior to any work started.
^{Current payment options are Stripe and Paypal.}

✦ Edits are made during the sketching phase.
^{Edits after the sketch has been approved are subject to additional fees. Additional progress views can be provided on request.}

✦ Commissions may take 1-3 months to complete from start to finish.
^{This time can vary; it is made to account for any life changes, illness, or other emergencies that may delay my work.}

✦ If you, the commissioner, ask for a refund after work has started your refund will be 50% of total paid. If I, the artist, cancel your commission you will recieve 100% of total paid.
^{Any art of a refunded commission is at my descretion to reuse or resell.}

✦ Commercial usage fees range from 50% to 200% additional cost with your commission.
^{This is dependent on the type of commercial usage, and will be at my discretion.}
